At Equithread, we aim to provide a straightforward and reliable delivery and returns experience. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Delivery

Equithread currently ships to United Kingdom addresses only.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days before dispatch.

Orders containing personalised items, such as garments with embroidery or print, require additional preparation time and will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All orders are shipped using DHL standard delivery services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

We offer the following UK delivery options:

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £99
  • Standard UK delivery – £5.79 for orders under £99

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 1-3 working days, depending on your location.

Please note that the processing times outlined above apply before your order is shipped.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 12 working days from dispatch before reporting the order as lost.

If your order has still not arrived after this period, please contact our team and we will investigate the issue with the courier.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Be in resalable condition

Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Please ensure that all personalisation details, sizes and colours are correct before placing your order.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning goods.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
