Items that have been personalised, embroidered, printed, or customised cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Please ensure you check sizing, colours, and personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement item
- Repair where appropriate
- Full refund
We may request photos or further information to assess the issue before arranging a return.

Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service, as Equithread cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
