Equithread currently ships to United Kingdom addresses only.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders that include personalised items (such as embroidery or print) require additional preparation time and will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using DHL standard delivery services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping rates within the UK:

• Free UK Delivery on orders over £99

• Standard UK Delivery - £5.79 for orders under £99

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UK, but most orders arrive within 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Please note that processing times (outlined above) apply before the order is shipped.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 12 working days from dispatch before reporting the order as lost.
