Orders containing personalised items require additional preparation time and are processed within 7-10 working days.

Our personalisation methods are designed to be durable and long-lasting when cared for correctly. Following the recommended washing instructions will help maintain the appearance of embroidered or printed garments.

Can I return boots if they do not fit?

Yes. Boots can be returned within 28 days of receipt provided they are unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

We recommend trying footwear indoors on a clean surface to ensure the size is correct before use.
